Fed Finds 10 Year Low In CFO Opinion of Economy

The Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond in coordination with Duke University and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta have found in their long running national survey of CFO economic outlook, that chief financial officers across the country are more sour than at any point since 2012 including during the depths of the lockdown in 2020.

While a number of factors are cited in their survey, it is worth noting that the collected CFO opinion in early 2021 was at or near an all time high going back to 2004.
